Straight from the get go I could tell Leo was a nice guy. As we went over the details why I was there he listened, asked questions and gave his considerations, remaining honest. The process was easy. When the car was finished Leo came in on his day off to give me the keys as that was my only availability. He explained everything in easy terms to understand, gave me his recommendations and forwarded the quote for repairs. I really appreciate the help I got after feeling so anxious.
