Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period. This promotion commences at 07:00 am (AEST) on 19 May 2026 and closes at 12:30 pm (AEST) on 20 May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, excluding employees, contractors, and representatives of the Promoter and prize sponsors. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.

How to Enter. To enter, participants must submit their details via the official competition form during the Promotional Period. Limit of one entry per person.

Prize Draw. Winners will be drawn live at the FleetGuru.ai stand (Stand D2), Rosehill Gardens, Sydney, at 12:30 pm (AEST) on 20 May 2026.

Claiming a Prize. Winners must be present at the FleetGuru.ai stand at the time of the draw and must claim their prize within one minute of their name being announced. If a winner is not present or does not claim within one minute, a redraw will be conducted immediately. The redrawn winner is subject to the same conditions. Winners must also notify the Promoter of their prize preference (where applicable) within the same one-minute window.

Prize Conditions. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.

Marketing Consent. By entering this competition, participants consent to AutoGuru Australia Pty Ltd (trading as FleetGuru.ai) using their name and email address to receive promotional communications, marketing materials, and updates about FleetGuru.ai products and services. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any FleetGuru.ai communication.

Privacy. Personal information collected through this promotion will be handled in accordance with AutoGuru Australia Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy, available at autoguru.com.au/privacy-policy.

Adjudication. AutoGuru Australia Pty Ltd’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably suspects has obtained an entry fraudulently, by deception, or in breach of these terms.

Promoter’s Rights. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. In the event a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal value.

Applicable Law. This promotion is conducted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• This promotional offer is administered by AutoGuru Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 96 603 218 515) of Shop 2, 2769 Gold Coast Highway, Broadbeach QLD 4218 (“AutoGuru”). It starts at 12am (AEST) 3 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) 31 August 2026 ("Promotional Period").

• The discount level depends on how much you spend on an instantly priced service - a logbook, basic service, or select repairs or inspections.

• The term ‘instantly priced’ means an instant fixed price was displayed in the search results - not an estimated price, and not a quote from a supplier.

• To qualify, the instantly priced service must cost $150 inclusive of GST or over, and must be booked with a participating service provider through www.autoguru.com.au. Click here to see participating service providers. For the avoidance of doubt, any service that cannot be instantly priced through AutoGuru is excluded.

• The discount does not apply to windscreen replacements, battery replacements or roadworthy inspections. It also does not apply to any additional service items (such as additional parts, accessories or labour) that AutoGuru’s records indicate are not prescribed for your logbook, basic service or repair, or to any service arranged directly with a service provider.

• This promotional offer:

  • is not transferable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;

  • does not apply to a booking that has already been confirmed prior to the Promotion Period, and the offer cannot be re-used if you cancel a booking;

  • is for genuine, private customers only and excludes fleet, government, wholesale and other commercial customers; 

  • and does not apply to a quote that is not booked during the Promotional Period - the booking must be requested and confirmed during the Promotional Period, although the service date can be after the Promotional Period.

• The discount code can be applied in one of two ways: you can enter the discount code in the ‘Promo Code’ section on the Finalise page; or, where a participating service provider’s listing displays a red banner in the search results (in the bottom right-hand corner of their profile image), the corresponding discount is applied automatically.

• These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the AutoGuru Terms and Conditions of Use, which govern your use of www.autoguru.com.au.

• AutoGuru’s decision on any matter relating to this promotional offer is final and binding. AutoGuru may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honour the offer if it suspects you have obtained it fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• The Promotion offer does not apply to a booking that has already been confirmed or serviced.
• The offer can’t be re-used if the customer cancels a booking.
