I have no complaints what-so-ever with the work carried out (car service). It was an easy process to book online and the service was done very well and within a great time-frame. My only disappointment was the young lady at their reception who clearly had a cold and a very runny nose who kept sniffing and talking down at her desk, so found it hard to understand anything she said. I had to ask her to repeat almost everything she said. She should not have been there, passing on her germs and cold to other members of her staff and customers.
