For starters I had to phone to enquire about my booking. Rozelle did not even read email sent by you. The manager said he has to squeeze me in. Then he asked why I asked for coolant change. I said it was recommended by auto guru when making booking and he became suspicious. He asked me questions about the car which I could not answer because I bought it 2 months ago and when I asked him to check what he was asking he became rude. I do not have a receipt for the repairs or his recommendations. I phoned yesterday and asked him for it and to date I don’t have the receipt or his recommendations when he promised it by email. Today I went to another local mechanic who phoned me told me what needed to be done and fixed it today. No more auto guru for me nor will I recommend. This is a sham supporting shams. No help whatsoever offered. All I wanted was to be told how my car could be fixed not to be told it was worthless which it isn’t.
