Everything went fine until I seen that scratch on my bonnet that's what disappoint me the most on my WRX lack of caring for other people's property
Hi Rattana Sorry to hear that, However following our conversation we have reviewed our camera footage of inside the shop and did confirmed nothing hit your car at any stage and bonnet was up most of the time. Car came on tow truck and could have happened elsewhere. Despite all these I even called you and mentioned we are panel and mechanic shop and offered you to fix it free of charge and you denied and decide to put a bad review for us.
