I've been to Jax a few times now with both of my cars. Customer service is fantastic. The reception at the desk and the mechanics I've spoken to are all really polite. They are very thorough when servicing and will provide you with a report at the end notifying you of any problems that may require attention, but they will not pressure you into fixing anything, unlike other mechanics I've been to in the past. There is no up-selling here or adding things to your service or putting you 'on the spot' to make a decision. If you refuse any additional work, they just accept it and carry on with the service. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating instead of a 5, is because I think they're a little too expensive. I understand you get what you pay for and most people will happily pay a reasonable price for a good mechanic, but in my opinion, the prices at Jax are slightly above what I would consider 'reasonable'.
