The guys at bridgestone could've improved a little on customer service. When I first entered the shop, I was greeted with a warm welcome, when I picked up my car there was no information about what was done on the car or any concerns, just a straight handover of keys which was a little disappointing. I addressed concerns of the tyre pressure fault which keeps flicking on in my car and it was dismissed pretty quickly, however the gentlemen said they will have a look at it. The fault still keeps tripping. I'm happy I've got 4 new tyres at a reasonable price and done in a fashionable time, I'm just a little disappointed that nothing was addressed on pick-up or anything about the tyre pressure fault was mentioned.
