Was very impressed with the service and the timely manner in which they fitted me in at the last minute on the same day, due to a previous appointment cancelled with another workshop that couldn’t do a Basic Service on my Kuga, as they didn’t have the computer that checks for diagnostics and software updates. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I was very impressed with the personal video they supplied together with my service, letting me know if there were any issues underneath the car. To top that off, they even delivered my car to my home address and I didn’t even have to come in to collect my car.
