After the service, they parked my car in their yard and left it "ON" with gears in R for up to 3hrs! the car battery would go flat in this case while the engine was off, but the car was "ON". They didn't take responsibility for that and just said it was only a "slight oversight"! I will never come back to this store, at least accept your mistake and go and talk with the technician who did this. They did repair my water hose for free though hence I give them 2 stars.
