The chap whom I dropped the car off to didn’t instil any confidence - they didn’t have any paperwork and he looked very confused about everything. Not friendly or welcoming at all in fact I nearly drove away again because I was not very keen, but I really needed the car serviced. While waiting for a ride away another chap came along and he seemed more with it, had some paperwork and was friendly.
