There was originally some dissatisfaction regarding the service because some of the details of the service were not communicated to me correctly, so I reviewed their work as average. However, Corey came back to me and apologised and offered to provide me with a detailed report of the service. I felt that was a good gesture on their part, so I'm changing it to five stars. In terms of the service, I think they did a fine job. I was told about the condition of the car before starting the service (i.e. the front tyres, wiper blades and the cabin filter) but they didn't try to sell them to me. The free car wash was a bonus, though I don't think my car was dirty. I didn't take the free car because I'm paranoid that something might happen to that car and I'll have to pay for insurance excess, but it wasn't needed anyway. The service was done in a little over 2hrs, though it wasn't a busy weekend. I'll be going back. That call from Corey made me feel reassured that they are trustworthy.
