Service and speed of the work were done within the time advised but two added extras were not done that were listed on the invoice. I did question the scan and was advised that there were no lights on the dash so all good not needed. And the car wash would have just been a bonus if done. Also as it was my first time there and having taken my car there myself had to walk 500ms down the road to wait as nowhere to sit in the centre and nothing else closer. But overall all good.

Requested a loan car, dropped the car off and said about loan car, sorry we don’t have any! No call to advise not available, but they did pay for an Uber to my home address. The service cost was 275$ about 30 minutes after dropping off received a phone call with a whole list of jobs requiring doing and bill jumped up to $2300. I declined their offer for the jobs and on the action sheet, there is only advice for a slight leak on a shock absorb and to monitor and two globes faded! When I called up to ascertain when my car would be available for collection I was advised they were waiting for the spark plugs to be delivered! Sorry it’s a bulk standard replacement item and they don’t stock them, gives you the impression of a back street garage! Won’t be taking back.
