I booked the log service at The same workshop last time. I required them to replace one brake pad. They did not but still charged me. They claimed that the brake was good and they did another service which is the same price as replacement of the brake pad. And also they washed my car. So I just let it go without any argument. After that I still heard the sharp and harsh sound when I brake. In This service , they told my wife that they changed the brake pad. WhenI drive, I found that they just changed the brake pad on the front wheel to the back. And also the mechanic drank my water in the car and left the bottle in.
