I booked my car major service at Salisbury auto care on 14th June. My car was perfectly alright before the service. But after the servicing my car has so many problems same day. I took my car back same day to this garage. And he found the problem in spark plugs. He told me to come on Monday. Later my car started heating I checked my car there was coolant level very low. I refill coolant in my car. But the problem was the same. My car still heating up. Today I took my car to him. Now he is saying cars need engine need major servicing then I asked him what you did on servicing as it was a major service. Now he is saying you need to spend 3000 to 4000 dollars. I told him there was no problem with car how it's possible that straight away there are so many problems after servicing....? He was very rude. He refused to fix these issues. He said I will fix these issues and I will cost you around 3000 to 4000 dollars. ... view more

First of you did not come back on the same day , when you came in I straight away scanned your car and found out it was missing on cylinder one and would require further inspection and may be just a faulty plug . I did not have time to look at it then but asked you to bring it back on Monday and you were happy with that . When you came in on Monday you then told me about the overheating which was never mentioned before. When I checked the car I found you had a blown head gasket which can only happen from over heating not from changing oil, filters and spark plugs as I explained to you but you claimed it was because I changed your spark plugs. Secondly I was not rude to you once I gave you a lift home and picked you up and explained to you what I found but you just keep saying it was my fault and not listening to what I was trying to tell you are the causes of head gasket problems. I do understand you are upset but nothing I did to your car could have caused the problem if it had I would have offered to repair the car. I'm sorry this it happened but if you check with other mechanics or the racq they will tell you the same thing. ... view more
