I was asked to remove my review as it was not justified. I’m justifying it now. Avoid coming here, unless you want to be taken advantage of and charged extra for work on your car. They did not call to say what they were doing or even a phone call to give a quote before doing the job, just like any other mechanics would do out of courtesy. I went in to get a battery terminal connector and holder fusible fitted only. I told the owner I had just finished getting my car serviced a couple of days ago, and mentioned on the notes that I have an issue with the fob key unlocking the door so I have to manually use the key to unlock the door, and not to do anything as I’m already aware it has to go Nissan to reprogram. I explained to them that I saw their locked-in deal on a website for spark plugs to be fitted or replaced for $195.00. Was told by the owner he would do it cheaper than that, so as a female you’d think how nice of him waiting to see what the prices would be but was I rudely mistaken. The scan and test price on the invoice the owner sent was due to the key fob, I tried to tell the manager that I asked them not to touch anything to do with the key fob, He then told me it was for the wiring incase I drove and the immobiliser cuts out while I’m driving. I was made to pay $617.00 even though I wasn’t happy with it and I was trying to speak my point about the charges but when you have someone intimidating and making the job sound complicated, by now you’re trying to figure out how are you meant to pay an unexpected amount like that which was uncalled for. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager, and all I could hear was the passive-aggressive tone, talking about all of their qualiifications as individuals as well as a company. I may be a female and cannot speak mechanical terms, however, I was going to try and get someone to come and explain in mechanical terms what I was trying to say, but didn’t since I was mentally drained and upset by the unreasonable help from the manager. I asked to be reimbursed for the test and scan cost as I specifically said not to do anything with the fob key. The spark plugs were not cheaper after the owner said he would do it cheaper. They offered to do other things in regards to the key fob and said they need my vehicle and want my invoice from where I had my service that shows notes. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere that listens to you and values you as a customer and doesn’t rip you off.

The car was at the workshop all day. It didn't even get touched, and I was given many excuses and lies. I called in the afternoon to get an update as I needed the car back that day, and was very rudely told that they would call me and not to call them. Then, at 3:45 PM, a message was sent stating that the car would be fixed tomorrow. I was then told that to replace a rear differential seal, it's a three-day job. It's a couple of hours job at most. Avoid this place!
