Hi Mallek, so surprised and disappointed with your poor review, to start with your vehicle arrived on the back of a truck after 5.00 pm on Thursday night, it took 3 people to remove off the truck as the r/f piston on your brake caliper had popped out and jammed on what was left of your brake rotor. You then told me "the brakes had gone to metal 4 weeks ago". Never in 40 years as a mechanic have I seen such shocking brake condition. As a result of this, we not only had to replace pads and disc rotors but the destroyed brake caliper also at great expense, $290.00 turned into $1700.00. We supplied a loan car and accommodated your every request as soon as possible and as best we could. . His vehicle has only Travelled approximately 47,000 km so would expect better maintenance.
