I found this service to be mediocre. On the positive side, it is the cheapest log book service going within the area. One ther garage is around the same price. $209 for a service which Ford charge $335. Most other garages on this website charge around $300+. But I don’t think an oil change and a cabin air filter change should be too expensive anyway. Now the not so good bits. Didn’t receive a report of what had been done. The inclusions stated many checks/top ups of necessary. It would of been then nice to see what fluids were low if any, level of tyre wear, brake pad wear etc. Washer bottle was found not to have received a top up, as per inclusion. I was called up to be told Ford service book states a cabin filter replacement, to which I informed that was part of the inclusions in the booking. It seems the inclusions per AutoGuru were not cross checked by the garage. Makes me wonder then, what else wasn’t checked that was stated to be checked as part of the inclusions. Finally upon booking, I was informed of complimentary car wash (worth $25) and a vac (worth $20). Upon collecting the car, it was more worthy of a $2 car wash, where the car looked to have been rinsed. Vac was just the interior matts, seats and dash could have had a going over. All in all, the main parts were replaced as stated in the inclusions. And can’t expect too much when saving $126 as compared to the manufacturer. If I’d have got a report of the works done and the car wash was done to a better standard. I’d easily give these guys 5*. Brett (the owner/manager) is a nice and honest guy though. He offered me some things to be done, but wasn’t forceful to say they need to be done. ... view more
