Hi Natalie, I agree on larger bills using a credit card soon adds up. Using EFT is 35 cents and a bank transfer costs you nothing. We are transparent and have these charges on display at the front counter and on the invoice with our bank account details and encourage people to transfer where possible. One other issue we have noticed is that when you use your phone to pay, it automatically defaults to Visa/Mastercard as a payment type. Inserting your actual card allows you to change this.
