Hold up, you can finally get your car serviced or repaired and pay with Afterpay?

Yep, you sure can. AutoGuru has recently added Afterpay to our range of flexible payment options.

So what’s the deal with Afterpay? Simply put, it’s a way for customers to offset the high upfront costs of purchases, and pay for them in four equal fortnightly payments, with no interest or fees whatsoever.

BOOK NOW Get your car serviced or repaired with Afterpay!

It’s an awesome way for customers to budget some of the more expensive things in life (such as car servicing and maintenance).

How can you book a service or repair with Afterpay?

Use AutoGuru! We understand that servicing and repairs can cause financial strain at times.

Our cars that we rely so heavily on often have the worst timing.

They decide to have a major failure right when money is the tightest, or the service interval that used to be 6 months away is suddenly due next week.

We also know that keeping your car in good mechanical condition is important so that it doesn’t become a safety issue, or cost you even more money down the road due to lack of maintenance.

So what’s the answer? We knew finance wasn’t, because who likes getting buried under a pile of interest and account keeping fees? Not us.

Instead, we partnered with Afterpay.

What's the benefit of using Afterpay to pay for car maintenance?

This is a real winner for consumers trying to book a car service or repair on a tight budget.

Through AutoGuru, you can book a service or repair online with a participating service provider worth up to $3,000 and chuck it all on Afterpay.

You’ve then got four manageable, equal, fortnightly payments, and if you pay on time, you don’t pay a single fee. How good is that?

We’re the first service provider in Australia to offer customers the chance to book from an entire marketplace of auto service providers and pay for their car service with Afterpay.

We’re all about making booking a car service or repair as easy and as convenient as possible for customers.

It was a no-brainer to partner with Afterpay so we could give customers that extra amount of flexibility around how they pay.

How does Afterpay work?

  • Sign up and link an Australian Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card
  • Get almost instant approvals
  • Enter your car details, choose a mechanic and then select Afterpay as a payment option on the finalise page
  • You’ll need to make the first payment (25% of the total price) on the day you make the transaction
  • Remaining quarters paid back every two weeks until the amount is paid out (total of 4 payments)
  • No fees if you pay on time

How to sign up for Afterpay

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid email address and mobile number that you can verify.
  • Have an Australian credit or debit card.
