I had a really great experience with BJ Auto and wanted to share it. After a misunderstanding on my side, the team actually reached out to let me know they could still fit me in for a service before the weekend — which I really appreciated. When I arrived with my ute, I explained what needed to be done. They were upfront that it might take a while, but then offered me a courtesy vehicle so I could get on with my day — that made a big difference. During the service, they gave me a quick call to check on replacing the cabin filter. There was no pressure or upselling, just a simple, honest check — which I agreed to. They completed the logbook service and called me again once everything was ready. The biggest surprise was the bill — it came in well under my $500 budget.
