Very disappointed with my recent service. I chose this workshop because AutoGuru advertised free pick-up and drop-off within 5 km, but shortly before the booking I was informed that service was no longer available. I then discovered my vehicle was being serviced in Woolloomooloo instead of Villawood, which was never disclosed when I booked. The service was delayed overnight because the workshop ordered the wrong oil filter, and the washer fluid leak I specifically asked them to investigate was not diagnosed—they simply topped up the fluid. My car was also driven approximately 80 km without my knowledge, resulting in toll charges that I was not consulted about. To make matters worse, my dash cam was unplugged during the service and not reconnected. I had to spend time troubleshooting the issue and contacting my auto electrician before discovering it had simply been left disconnected. This was my fourth consecutive service with this workshop, and I chose them over cheaper alternatives because I trusted them. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, poor attention to detail, and failure to deliver the service as advertised have left me extremely disappointed.
