Ace Exhaust Centre

Ace Exhaust Centre ordered and fitted a tow bar yesterday on our vehicle and installed the wrong one. Once it was fitted, they suggested to visit an engineering company to get a tongue extension for the tow bar so it would work. Went to their recommended engineering company and they said that the tow bar should NOT have been installed in the first place as it cannot be extended with a tongue fitting. They told me that our vehicle would need a specially made tow bar that would cost us another $5,000.00. And the tow bar that was installed would have to be uninstalled. We paid over $1,600.00 for the tow bar at Ace Exhaust Centre and wish to have our money refunded to us immediately. Thank you.
