Scrub Mobile Mechanic and Detailing

The whole experience has been stressful and frustrating. Almost two months ago, Scrub replaced the brake pads, but they’re now worse than before. The mechanic has come back three times to fix them, yet he still hasn't done a proper job. I no longer feel safe driving my car with my children, and I'm unsure if I can trust the mechanic to finish the repairs. I initially trusted him based on good reviews, but I’m very disappointed and annoyed that a simple fix has caused me so much anxiety. I mentioned during the first appointment that I thought the rotors needed replacing, but he dismissed it three times. I believe that’s why the brakes continue to make noise when I brake.
