Repco Authorised Service - Ultimate Car Expert Jindalee, charged me for a new power steering pump, but fitted a faulty second hand part without disclosing they were using used parts. The operator tried to deny he fitted a used part; but when I showed pictures of the wreckers code still visible on the rusted, leaking pulley wheel, he agreed it was a used power steering pump, but claimed he didn't know he had used a second hand part from a wrecker when he fitted it. I gave him an opportunity to remedy his mistake, and he fitted another faulty part, causing a loss of power steering, making the vehicle unsafe and undrivable. I've since had the vehicle fixed elsewhere by a competent mechanic. Ultimate Car Expert Jindalee refuses to refund the amount paid
