I booked in for a log book service. The log book service requires cabin air filter and engine filter to be changed. This was not completed as I inspected the filters when I got home. The engine air filter, in particular, was filthy with bugs gum leaves, and other flora. I now have to purchase a new filter, something that should have been changed as part of the log book service. The cabin air filter wasn't as bad but it was obvious it had not been inspected as there was also debris. I even made point of emptying the glove box to make it easier for the mechanic to access. Makes you wonder what else wasn't done.
