The men working in the office that day I dropped my car off was rather blunt and rude and gave next to no information on what they would be doing or a time frame or anything along those lines. I then had to awkwardly ask these questions for a short reply of 1-2 words. I was told my car would be ready in the afternoon so I waited for u until 3:30 for a call and hadn’t heard anything at all. So I called them and they said it was ready at 12 and tried calling me but I had no missed calls at all and that’s 3 hours they could have tried calling or emailing me but they hadn’t tried. When I went to collect my car the man handed me the key and a piece of paper and said “all was good, goodbye” I then had to ask for a review on my car and all that was said it’s fine but needs a new battery. After paying over $300 on a service I deserve more than an “all good “ as a review. I feel like that was poor customer service.
