The service requested was done. I requested the shop to investigate a squeaking noise from the air conditioning unit. As well as investigate the cost of replacing the tail light unit on the car. The invoice contained the explanation of the problem with the air-con. However, when I inquired about the cost I was advised they would be in touch the next day. I would have expected them to contact me when they discovered the air con problem so that it could potentially be fixed. After all the car was there most of the day. So far no one has contacted me about the air-con repair & the tail light issue was not addressed at all. I expect a lot more from a service centre if they want to retain me as a customer. Disappointing
