Wallard Automotive

Although significantly more expensive, I selected this automotive business expecting a superior service and was very disappointed. There were no detailed records or feedback provided on the work that was performed (as per the customer information service booklet/logbook). For example, I inquired about my remaining brakes life and was advised - they should be okay, this car generally last for 60,000 km. When challenged further for my vehicle specifics the manager spoke to the mechanic and came back with comments supporting his findings - this is not what I was wanting. The manager failed to understand I wanted something recorded as a percentage as many other businesses freely provide. The mechanic also failed to reset my service display inside the car and sign my logbook. The business has a lot to learn about providing adequate records and documentation as part of the service cost. Finally, my included vacuum could only be summarised as a token clean job.
