Not happy. We had initially flagged a few issues when booking and said we had limited time in cairns as we were passing through. None of these were noted when we dropped off the car. We had to speak to a reception who just told us to re-write our concerns on a piece of paper, we weren’t able to speak to a mechanic. Then we got a call late that afternoon to say the service was done but the mechanic didn’t have time to look at anything else and was probably booked out for the rest of the week so could ‘maybe’ squeeze us in to replace the tyres the following day and could ‘maybe’ address the other issues we had noted. So we had to rebook for the next day (and pay for another night of accom in Cairns), where we had the tyres changed. The mechanic told us he’d changed the air filter on day 2 - which he couldn’t do on day 1 as he was so busy and didn’t have time to find where the air filter was... but 2 weeks later (I.e. now, a couple of thousand kms up the road), we have had to pay to have the air filter changed as it was filthy - costs us an extra $100, even though this was meant to be part of the standard service. Do not bother.
