Very busy service centre so very little time to talk to service managers about particular issues or work required, all felt very rushed. Would be better if they had one staff member to deal with you rather than being passed off to a different person each time. The wait for the courtesy bus of 45 minutes was infuriating as I was then late for another appointment, although I am sure it is not like that every time. Generally pleasant staff, just a bit brief and rushed.
