Overall, OK but the shop could really benefit from improving its customer communication. I chose their logbook servicing because of the good pricing and the added perks—free scan, free vacuum, and complimentary car pick-up and drop-off. Booking was easy, but I never received a confirmation call. I ended up having to ring them myself to check whether they were still coming to collect my car. I also had to request the receipt, a breakdown of the services performed, and the scan report. When I finally received them, the receipt was very generic and the scan report belonged to another vehicle. I gave them a chance to fix the error, and the staff member who assisted me was very apologetic and he offered to drop by my house to scan my car. Well done. The shop has potential and could be quite competitive, but they really need to improve their communication with customers.
