A bit disappointed with this service. We booked in to have the car looked at on Saturday at 9:30 only to get a call at 11:30 saying the service won't be completed until Monday as they didn't order the parts. Monday comes and you would think our car would be first given it was delayed from Saturday? No. We had to wait until the end of the day to pick it up. Not only was the service delayed due to them not having ordered the required part, but they tried to charge double the price that I had originally booked in for while also trying to upsell a logbook service. If you need a simple job like front brake pads and rotors replaced, looks elsewhere. This workshop is a bit too disorganised for my liking.
