Made and a booking and then received a text saying the part hasn’t come in and have to reschedule to next week which is fine. Next week comes and I go there, was told to wait for a few minutes and they just forget about me so I go up and tell them I have an appointment. Tells me that the part still hasn’t come in and it will come in next week. I was getting annoyed at this point and said fine. When the date arrives this time I sent a text before going asking if the part had arrived yet. They don’t even bother to respond. Poor communication, if you are too busy then don’t take the job in the first place. Thanks for repeatedly wasting my time.
