I went jus for a wheel alignment service… they “did the job” however when I asked for the report to give it to my mechanic simply the guy said the deleted the report because he didn’t have to adjust much. After asking a few more times for the report they booked me I. For next day morning. I went there again and this time just for the report it took longer than the service they did the day before. After waiting. The guy said I’ll send it to you by email…. It took him more than 4 hours just for the report….. well just a screenshot from his computer i showed this “screenshot report” to my mechanic and there was a few observations. Definitely customer service is not the priority but also let us see the services they are providing is not the best…. Working with not updated machines (13 years old) Very unhappy.
