Moonah Auto Repairs

I had booked my vehicle into Moonah Auto Repairs to look at the car's braking system as this was flagged as a concern by another garage at its last service. Sid and his mechanic were consummate professionals in the way that they welcomed me into their service bay and explained exactly what they would do to address the issue. Both the front and rear rotors and pads needed to be replaced on my VW Polo. Sid took the trouble to contact me to explain this after inspecting the wear and tear of these components. He also physically showed me the worn out parts when I went to collect the car later in the day. The cost involved was also considerably less than what I had been previously quoted - and genuine replacement VW parts were used. In my experience, there have been very few mechanics who have taken the time to interact with their clients in this way. I was very impressed with their service!
