I was disappointed with the inspection service. The inspector only called me briefly, which made it difficult to understand the full details of the vehicle’s condition. I requested a full PDF report afterward, but I never received it. Because the information provided was incomplete, I only learned from the dealership later that the vehicle had no logbook — something I expected the inspection to clarify. Overall, the communication and level of detail did not meet my expectations.
