Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Stafford

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Bridgestone Stafford. In June 2025 I paid $1,500 for a Roadworthy Inspection on my 2015 Subaru Impreza to transfer my registration to Queensland. Just three months later, with less than 1,000 km driven, I booked another inspection on 16 October 2025 for selling the car. To my surprise, your team claimed new issues had been “missed/ignoref last time” and charged an additional $600 for repairs before passing the inspection. This experience feels dishonest and exploitative, especially given the short time and minimal distance since the first inspection. It appears the authority to issue safety certificates is being used to pressure customers into unnecessary repairs, taking advantage of those who trust licensed providers to act fairly.
