Sebring Mechanical

Service was completed on time and the car drives well after the work. The staff member I dealt with was a nice guy and easy to talk to. Labour charges were fair, but some parts were priced high (for example, the cabin filter was $123, which is well above retail). Spark plugs fitted were acceptable alternatives but not the OEM spec, and the oil used was 5W30 rather than the Lexus-recommended 0W20. Overall, decent service but more transparency on part choices and pricing would improve the experience.
