Yeah, not happy, in the video it was explained that my brake fluid needed changing this service and his scan tool showed it did according to the mechanic doing the service (I've never seen these tools so didn't know how to read it) I gave the ok and took his word for it. When I picked the car up I asked to see the tool and measure my break fluids level, it showed the exact same reading as before the brake fluid change. I questioned it and the mechanic said oh it depends how deep you push it into the fluid. Crazy right? So now I'm questioning - Did my brake fluid actually get changed? Did my oil and filter get changed? No confidence sorry.
