Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Three weeks of repair delays, excuses, which then resulted in a damaged car when the window repair finally took place. A company that flat-out refused to fix their mistake. They’ll happily take your money, but don’t expect honesty, professionalism, or basic accountability. I’d recommend using a more reputable repairer.
