iCare Windscreens

Terrible is the only option that allows me to voice my frustration and disappointment. Despite promises and me waiting in no one came to complete the work. If anyone actually reads these reviews I welcome a call. Following the review above and telephone communication with the booking agent I re booked for iCare. Following the new booking, Youssef and his offsider arrived within the booking 4 hour timeframe. Youssef was knowledgeable and explained how the work will take place. The work was completed professionally. The new windscreen appears to be fitted correctly however early days.
