The pickup from home was booked for 9AM, & actually occurred at 10:50 AM after I phoned to ask why the pickup had not occurred, very disappointed. The service of the vehicle was excellent. I was notified the rear brakes required repair that was also a positive, thanks for that repair. Overall the experience was rated 6/10 due to late arrival in morning, the service of the vehicle experience was 10/10
