Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Harbour Town

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Greg who initially proceeded to accept my fleet card to pay for my service like I have done in the past with other Bridgestone select. after he could not successfully work his point of sale he started making phone calls to get assistance in processing the FleetCard payment. During this time I could see that he was getting agitated and starting to get aggressive following several phone calls to try and get the fleet card payment processed then comes out and tells me I cannot pay by fleet card and then start becoming verbally abusive. he then followed through with racial vilification and threats of physical abuse, if I did not pay with another method. I started calling for police assistance and when he heard me talking to the police, I think he started coming down. He could not process a card Payment because somehow he done something on his machine and he just couldn’t get it to communicate with the eftpos terminal. I have since decided to press charges against Greg and take the matter forward..
