Basic service appointment. Manager was rather gruff and abrupt on morning arrival. Was reluctant to commit to a timeframe for feedback. Eventually agreed to callback by mid-day. On mid-day pickup, he showed some concerning engine leaks, with written recommendation to clean the and monitor the leaks. But didn’t clean the engine or protective panel underneath, so in hindsight, how to monitor the pace of the leak? Also the basic service did not include air filter replacement or brake fluid flush, which is fine but the associated 1/2 hour labour charge was $70 , while the 1/2 hour labour charge fir the basic service was $45… not sure why the second 1/2 hour more expensive. Overall, was left with an ordinary impression of the business. Hence the avg rating.
