dont usually review but this experience was quite poor. Booked a general service with a request for them to diagnose my leaking coolant issue. Got a call saying i need to replace the whole pump and it was going to cost $700. Not a bad price except i fixed the issue myself afterwards with a $30 part and 15 minutes... Paid for carpet clean and only half the car was done. also extremely coincidental that my car boot was working before the service and stopped working immediately after. Wish i could give them a good review as i was looking for a new mechanic in a new area but ultimately too many things went wrong.
