Service was okay. My booking was lost, so not off to the best start. On a Monday morning, had to stay in the shop longer than intended to give all my details. I had paid online for the service, which is a phrase I would have to repeat 4 or 5 times (in-person and over the phone), including right up to when I was due to pay where it was still on the bill. Left my car with them overnight which was fine, Tuesday afternoon I called them at 4 pm to see when my car would be ready, and they said 5:15 pm. Felt like even on a busy day, it would've been better if they could have reached out to me, not me have to contact them, especially when the car is with them for more than 24 hours. I appreciated the Wash & Vacuum, and it seems they do a good job of the actual service, but I didn't have the best customer experience with these guys.
