The 911 Garage

I’m very disappointed with my experience with The 911 Garage. My car returned with the windscreen wiper damaged (a big part of the paint was scratched off), the mechanic insisted that my car was like this when he picked up the car, but I have pictures taken to show the otherwise and the damage is obviously fresh. He ended up agreeing to fix the damage “out of goodwill” on the coming Monday from 9-9:30 am, so I decided to work from home today waiting for them. Now, I have been waiting for over an hour and tried to call them two times, no reply at all. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone, a very unpleasant and disappointing experience!
