The drop off and time taken was efficient. The problem I encountered was that I received a call from the mechanic that the front 2 brake pads needed immediate replacement. This was done but when paying I showed them that the cost via booking online was almost $150+ cheaper however that wasn’t honoured as I was informed that it should have been booked before arrival, something which couldn’t be done as I wasn’t aware that the brake pads needed replacement until after the vehicle was dropped off. The higher price was disappointing as was the lack of effort in attempting to match the price. Ultimately I paid over $1100+ whereas I hadn’t anticipated such a high cost. Also it would have been helpful to receive evidence of the worn brake pads just as an assurance…
