The actual work done appeared to be excellent. However, the booking was for 9am for a standard logbook service and the car was not finished until 7pm i.e. 10 hours which I feel was excessive. However, they were short-staffed due to sickness and they did provide a driver to take me home in the morning and picked me up in their vehicle at the end of the day.
