This is my first time have my car serviced at NRMA MotoServe Rockdale and I got a few suprises. Firstly, although the workshop is located in half-industrial area, once going inside the office it's so comfortable, actually one of the best I've ever seem. Secondly, the reception/office person was so friendly and explained everything very clear before the service was done. And I also really like the FREE car wash .... it's really GOOD .... especially from my past experiences, the car used to be quite dirty or oily inside the car or on the sterring wheel, but this time it's all CLEAN and been vacuumed ... What's more, they did report to me about everything they found with my car and the price is really reasonable too .... I am sure I will come back for my next service.
